The Arian Foster-Brittany Norwood saga has just taken another messy turn. Last week Brittany, a 20-year-old college student cried to Houston news reporters that her child’s father, Houston Texans player Arian Foster, had been harassing her about aborting their child. During the news report, Brittany also offered some insight into the child support lawsuit that she filed against the married NFLer. Not long after, audio leaked of a conversation between Brittany and Arian, where she pretty much confessed that the harassment claims were bogus. The audio probably put a huge dent in the University of Houston student’s lawsuit, but it looks like the bad news doesn’t end there.

According to TMZ, Arian has plans to fight back and has just filed a lawsuit against Brittany. In the lawsuit, Arian not only accuses Brittany of defamation, but he also says that she tried to extort him over the unplanned pregnancy.

“Norwood has engaged in a campaign to impugn the character and reputation of [Arian] with the intent to extort monies from him,” Arian states in the lawsuit.

Arian also claims that in addition to the audio, he also has text messages that prove he did not harass Brittany. Brittany and her attorney, however, are downplaying the leaked audio and the text messages, insisting that she was simply looked to extend the olive branch to Arian.

“I’ve been through a lot, I have,” she told KHOU yesterday. “But I am strong and I’m going to be a great mother. It’s true, Arian never once used the word abortion, he didn’t Did he say all of these other things? Yes he did […] I’m not a homewrecker.”

Oh and if you’re not already giving this young woman the side-eye, her mother also told reporters that they’re filming for a reality show based on their “unique mother-daughter relationship.” Though her mom claims filming began pre pregnancy and that the show has nothing to do with the unborn child. The messiness continues.
