Porsha Williams has a new home, a new sense of independence, and now, she claims she has a new man. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star spoke to Radar Online and revealed that she has started dating again, thanks in part to Steve Harvey, and she also revealed the things she wants in the next man she gives her heart to. Here’s the tea:

On Dating Again, And The Famous Mystery Man She Wants To Make The Next Move With:

“I am definitely in the dating arena. I went on my first date on the Steve Harvey Show. Very first date and that kind of broke me in. There’s someone that I think is very special. He’s kind of standing out of the pack right now, so we’ll see how that turns out. He’s well known and I’m just a little cautious this go around so I’m just kind of waiting for the time to be right before I make the next move. It will probably happen on the Housewives.”

What She’s Looking For In A Future Partner:

“I’m trying to build an empire so I need somebody to stand by my side. Let’s be a power couple. Someone who just loves family. My family is always around. You see them on the show. They’re very passionate about me so those are like the main things.”

What Advice She Would Give After Dealing With The Heartbreak of Divorce:

“Never to lose yourself in love. It’s okay to love a man but it’s better to love yourself more and you need to always stay focused on your goals even within it, and just still be independent and still believe in love and enjoy it.”

Moving On After Kordell:

“The heart is funny. It has a mind of its own and I know I am pushing forward and moving forward. When I give my heart to the next person, that’s when I know it will be completely. I feel like I got the closure that I wanted.”

Porsha and Kordell just finalized their divorce in December, so I guess she’s more than ready to see what the dating pool has to offer. Good luck, girl!

What do you think of what Porsha had to say?

all it seems like is porscha was taught to look good and maintain it. she is a woman without substance and she needs to get some quick. looks fade baby. you need to get urself a solid foundation and stop depending on a man to give you value.

Leave her alone!! Love will take you there! At thirty I was smart but far from knowing, everything. I am remembering I was fine as a peach, but struggled with loving myself more than my standards too! But this was because I was lied to. I believed the man would change. Instead like Porcha.. he cheated. So devastated, I cut my loses and life, forced me to enter into more of who I was and less of what people demanded! I found peace! And with that peace strength. With that strength more was to become independence. WITH independence came an inspiration to a whole nother level! On that level I was given increase. With that increase a way ti further my educational influences! What I am saying is for.. leaving Ordeal was just her beginning of a new her! Let it go folks! Yall have your opinions so far up these entertainers buttocks all yall put out is ish!! Try having a heart and maybe you can see she is on her way! And of course she aint messing wit no broke ni*** lol lyrics!! Her circle of men are the ones you’d like to meet everday! But thats another story! Holla

There is no excuse for her not to know about the underground railroad. I ask my son who is 44 and each of my grandsons 18, 20, and 22 and they all knew and they ask me why I was asking them that? I told them about Porcha and her background and they all looked at me like I was crazy!! Now every time I look at her all I see is her saying “who was driving the train”. I got pass the 265 days in a year but the underground railroad… It is just such a shame and her mother is not helping her at all!

    WHO REALLY CARES????

  • China Maybell

See non of this Underground railroad stuff makes any sense…” YOU Mean to tell me that your Grandfather Marched with Martin Luther King …. and NO ONE in your Family taught you ANYTHING about Black HIstory or even sat you down in front of the Reading Rainbow or took you to the Library or even sent you to school in GA.?” This is not a Family that shares that little bit of education with you !” When you don’t know what the answer is … ” google ” it. or shut up. for your owh sake .

Men love pretty-dumb women because those are the ones they can lie to ans jt be questioned about it. She’ll always have a male in her life….

  • amir bey

That’s folks problems – they start airing their business too fast and too much. We don’t need to know this. That’s why Kordel booked! Your personal life should be private.

  • bestman8

I’m sure the guy is “well-known” as she need someone that has enough money to support the lifestyle she wants. He should make her go back to school and get a degree! She seems like an nice person but my goodness being dumb is just not attractive. I respect the fact that she is a wife that wants to provide for the home as that is what she is traditionally use to but that does not mean she is not required to have common sense.

    • JaneDoe

Did you peep ou the “well known” had to be a factor? Someone who is looking for substance would just have kept it as I am seeing someone that I think is really special and leave it at that. SMH, I use to root for this chick but now CAN’T TAKE HER SERIOUSLY

  • SisterTruth

    As long as he’s straight!

  • heymaid

I like Porsha I do but I can’t take her serious at all for this 30 something old woman to be saying its 265 days in a year and then to think the underground railroad had a train….watching her and her mother talk makes me cringe sometimes because her mom seems a lil ditzy too. Porsha needs to pick up a book and put some knowledge in the peanut size brain of hers. The whole being cute and dingy is not cute or amusing

  • DoinMe

The only person Porsha needs to be seeing on a regular is a therapist. For her to be 32 years-old, she has the mind of a 10 year-old. The Pampered Princess thing is no longer cute.

  • Bravo is a mess

“I am sure it will happen on housewives” I am sure she threw that in so Bravo could keep her and people would have a reason to look forward to seeing her on there that was a security move. Porsha seems sweet but healing on reality tv show is not the answer when the lights and camera go off you need to have a life of your own. She is trying so hard to get her “Nene” on…… building an empire with someone? You need to building your self and finding a career path that you can lean on……. instead of looking for the next man to take care of you. For some reason I would not be surprised if Bravo cut her, these shows destroy your life and watch it go down the drain or you can agree to be a buffon and perform antics and start fights on command of the producers…..any one else gets the boot. Its no more drama in her life and she is not a drama queen or messy…..
