    I was just thinking of Laila Ali, I met a great trainer/coach and he introduced me to boxing as a way to get fit. When he is not around, I need to do by my self, and this is perfect from me. Thanks for this awesome video. I’m 5/3 and currently 302 from 332 lbs. I’m so happy with my results, and my cleaner eating. I’m aiming for a better life style and fit for life! any is possible.
