While most celebrities go straight from the delivery room to the gym (kidding!) and then call up the first magazine they can to show that they lost all their baby weight in five hours, the rest of us have to do what we can when we can. Unfortunately, we can’t do that in peace as many like to think that you should lose all that baby weight soon after giving birth, and assume that since one woman could get a six pack back soon after having a child, every woman should be able to. LIES. And Amber Rose is calling that out. The beauty and wife of Wiz Khalifa posted a picture of her body on Instagram and said that through hard work she’s almost down to her goal weight. She says she took her time, and encourages everyone to do the same. Bump what others say:
I’m almost at my goal weight. Just 7 pounds to go! Absolutely no surgery just diet & exercise. Most celebs give u false hope when u have a baby ( My son was 9lbs) and in 3 months ur supposed to be skinny again….. It’s not realistic in most cases. It takes 6 weeks to heal before u could even work out. Anyway, the moral of the story is losing baby weight the natural way takes longer but it’s much healthier for ur body and helps u stay strong to carry another baby. So don’t put ur life at risk for societies standards of when ur suppose to lose ur pregnancy weight. Take ur time & don’t take the easy way out – Muva
