As the year comes to an end many companies will be setting up meetings with their employees for their year-end review. Typically held annually, this is a time for management to have an official face-to-face regarding things like your performance and productivity with respect to numbers (among other things). Though you can’t travel back in time to make changes (it’s a bit late for that), there are some things you can do that will hopefully set you up for a promising new year. Here are tips on surviving your-end of year review.
