It looks like DMX’s court problems and apparent financial woes aren’t anywhere near over. In fact, the financial problems are likely about to get much worse.

A New York judge has completely thrown out the DMX bankruptcy claim which was filed back in July.  There had been major issues with the filing, most notably that in one report he claimed he made $5,000 per month but in another, he said he made just $1,600 per month. There was also a discrepancy with how much he actually had in clothing assets.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, this now means that creditors can go for his possessions, which include a share in a home in Mount Kisko.

DMX also owes more than $1 million in child support for 10 of his children.

His publicist, Domenick Nati, didn’t even know there was a hearing regarding the situation.

Well, that pretty much wraps up a terrible week for X. He was also arrested on Monday in South Carolina for driving with a suspended license and other charges.

Whatever money has has left will likely be seized by every agency who still has a claim on him. With no pending albums or any other work on the horizon, who knows what will happen in the next part of this DMX saga.

This man right here got what he deserves… Honestly, this is what you get for thinking with ur d@#k instead of ur brain. There isn’t any hope of him getting better, because he doesn’t know any better. This is only the beginning, they shall fall out one by one, those who follow the same line of conduct in their lives.
