Check Out A Quick (And We Mean Real Quick) Preview Of SWV’s New Reality Show

October 24, 2013  |

After TLC’s biopic on Monday, you might be in the mood to try and figure out what happened to all your favorite girl groups from back in the day. And until VH1 can get the funds together to get a SWV biopic together, you’ll be happy to know that group’s reality show is almost ready to go. A short preview of the program was released recently, with tears, anxiety, drama, and some sistas with voices.

The show will premiere early next year on WE tv, and it will follow Coko, Lelee and Taj as they try to revive their singing careers and their relationships with one another. Outside of that, we will also follow certain members as they get plastic surgery (word is, somebody is getting implants in their backside…), and deal with family issues. Could it be another hit for the channel like Braxton Family Values and Tamar and Vince has been? Check out the short clip below from SWV: Sisters With Voices, and let us know what you think.

I would have thought Taj got her fill when she had that tired show on BET or TV One a few years ago.

WHY? Hasn’t reality t.v. destroyed ENOUGH relationships and marriages? I lost alot of respect of Kelly Price after watch R&B Divas. I’d rather imagine some artist/group being nice/decent people that they’ve displayed towards their fans/media than them getting on t.v. and destroying their good brand that they’ve built up through the years. I understand reality t.v. can give an artist more opportunity but for a few more dollars i don’t think it was worth it for some. I’m a HUGE fan of R&B and music from the 90s…I don’t want to see SWV with a ton of drama.
