In more reality TV news, we hear that in addition to working on some Love & Hip Hop spin-offs and developing a show for former Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams, Mona Scott-Young is also in the process of developing another brand spanking new reality show. Though her idea to document the lives of female hip hop journalists seemed to be a bit of a flop, Mona has not given up on her quest to explore the writing world.
According to Mara the Hip Hop Socialite, the media maven is putting together a show that will explore the lives of Black women writers. Sources say that her cast includes Karrine Steffans–former video vixen and author of New York Times Bestselling book, Confessions of a Video Vixen, Carmen Bryan–mother of rapper Nas’ daughter and author of It’s No Secret: From Nas To Jay-Z, From Scandal to Seduction, Tiffany Chiles– founder of DonDiva Magazine and urban fiction author Nikki Turner.
At this point, this is all pure speculation, but Carmen has made it clear that she will be doing some reality TV work soon.
