Remember Pam Long from Bad Boy Records R&B trio, Total? Well, in case you were wondering what she’s been up to, she recently tied the knot with former Pretty Ricky singer J.Long.
According to Natasha over at The YBF, J.Long was an “unofficial member” of the early 2000’s boy band, but the couple have since found God and are both pursuing careers as Christian recording artists. It’s unclear how long ago the lovebirds exchanged vows, but they’re still publicly thanking people via Twitter for congratulating them on their marriage, so our guess is that it wasn’t that long ago.

We are and will never be perfect but we follow the One that is: And that’s You Jesus! The King of kings and Lord of lords! Hallelujah! As for me and my house, we shall serve The Lord At the Houston Rockets game with the wife We #thuggin,” Pam posted beneath a photo of she and her new hubby.
As for what Pam has been up to musically, she and J recently released a gospel version of 1975 hit, “Sweet Thang.”
