Use your bed for sleep
If you have little ones this may be a little tricky but do try to get into the habit of using your bed for sleep only. (Well… not only. This of course includes loving between the sheets.) Too many extracurricular activities in the bed could train your brain that it’s more than a place for you to sleep, thus making it more difficult to fall asleep. If you have a home office, use it. Want to play games? Go in the living room.
