Battle Of The “Lil” People: Lil Kim Has Words For Lil Wayne After He Talks About Her Face On New Song

If there’s one thing Lil Wayne doesn’t have, it’s tact (though most rappers don’t). And I think we all realized after that Emmett Till reference he made where he compared a sex tape to the beating death of Till on Future’s “Karate Chop Remix” earlier in the year. He just goes with what might rhyme in a song, and doesn’t really consider how certain statements might anger other people. And now he’s stepped on the toes of the Queen Bee, and you know she was ready to sting first chance she had.

So, Lil Wayne dropped a mixtape this past weekend called Dedication 5, and on the song “Pure Colombia,” he was hoping this particular lyric below would slide right on through without anybody noticing:

Changed the face of my Rolex/Shout out to Lil’ Kim

Two things: One, Lil Kim is very sensitive about anybody asking her anything about or talking about her obvious change in appearance. I’m sure you remember when the very uncouth Charlamagne the God asked her why she had surgery in the first place and she responded with, “Why would you ask me that?” Two: Things are already tense between Kim and the YMCMB camp for obvious reasons–Nicki. Well, Nicki, and also because Birdman basically claimed Lil Kim was lying about saying that the past beef between herself and Nicki began because Kim was supposed to sign with Cash Money Records. She said plans went out the window when Nicki was signed. Kim told XXL, “I personally think they didn’t want me to stand beside her, which is stupid.”

Because of all that, she didn’t take his quick dig so well. The bite size rapstress took to her Twitter to basically call Lil Wayne a girl…and to then promote her upcoming mixtape of course.

We have a feeling she’ll have a more formal response when this Hardcore mixtape actually dropsBut it’s clear that YMCMB and the Queen Bee won’t be getting friendly anytime soon.
