    Solange and Willow look like clowns. Different doesnt always mean good. and they proved it. Rihanna looks like a clown too. Keke isnt special. the rest on the list dress well. Emma needs to look more her age tho.

My list would go as follow 10.miranda cosgrove 9.nicki minaj 8.taylor swift 7.kathy perry 6.ke$ha 5. willow smith 4.janelle monae 3 solange 2. rihanna 1. lady gaga i know my list is bas grl power but right now the grls are taking over the game with style my list consist of grls i feel take risk and or pull of f a elegant chic look the grls that keep u guessing wat the next ensemble will be and how u can imitate n make it ur own look.

    this list is straight wrong! keri hilson is probably one of the worst dressed in the game, although she is one of the most beautiful but, nah…sorry. that janelle monet girl wears the same damn outfit everytime u see her, nah! willow smith and keke…NAH! missin from this list: chris brown, kim kardashian (she just turned 30 but oh well), ciara (she's BAD)…thats all i can think of right now. but yes rihanna (and i think its bajan, not barbadian lol), dwayne wade, and solange (maybe) deserved a spot, but this list needs a re-do.

    I don't think it takes a careful eye to see that Janelle Monae has style. I wish this piece would have shown more guys, but looking at who there is to choose from, there really aren't more guys. Great piece!
