“I Didn’t Think It Would Cause This Much Drama”: Robin Thicke’s “Gropee” Speaks Out

We told you last Friday about Robin Thicke getting caught with his hand on the backside of a fan at a VMA after-party, and while some of you were in denial that it was his hand, others were side-eyeing his behavior, especially since wife Paula was in the same vicinity (dancing with not a care in the world with 2 Chainz). But what does the young woman who received Robin’s well-moisturized hand on her bottom have to say about the picture? The young lady, Lana Scolaro, aka, a “student socialite” (whatever that means), is the one who posted the picture initially, while someone else pointed out the singer’s hand on her rump. In an exclusive to Celebuzz, she told them she knew his hand was on her butt, but when she posted the picture, she didn’t think other people would notice (because she wasn’t aware of the reflection in the background somehow…) and make a big deal about it. And she also revealed that she and Thicke have mutual friends, and a connection…

“I knew his hand was on my butt. I posted it on Instagram and didn’t notice the reflection. But someone noticed it and commented. I was just like, “Oh I’ll Instagram this photo with Robin Thicke, like everybody else. I didn’t think it would cause this much drama. I didn’t know it would be all over everything like this.

We have mutual friends in common. I actually met him a week before the afterparty. I was actually going over to the DJ booth and he followed me. His security guard took the photo and said, ‘You guys make a cute couple.’”

Hmm, they could possibly make a cute couple. You know, if it wasn’t for the fact that Robin is very married to Paula. But honestly, the way the couples acts in public sometimes, I wouldn’t be surprised if Patton didn’t really trip about stuff like this. But out of respect for your lady Mr. Thicke, please do better and keep your hands to yourself. It’s only right…and sanitary.
