Jay Z and Rocawear are in legal trouble (again), this time over a t-shirt that a company says uses the phrase “Hood Love” without permission.

According to TMZ, HoodLove is a for-profit company dedicated to improving poor neighborhoods. The company filed a lawsuit earlier this month against ROC Apparel Group because they’re selling a t-shirt that uses the term. HoodLove trademarked the phrase in 2006. Besides wanting the t-shirt taken out of stores, HoodLove wants Rocawear to turn over the profits from the t-shirt.

Just a couple of months ago, Rocawear was sued for $450,000 in outstanding debt to a company called iSource NYC, which says it hasn’t been paid the balance due on a manufacturing order.

Rocawear needs to do a better job of staying out of court!
