Shia LaBeouf is no stranger to a good bar brawl. The Transformers star was on location in Vancouver, Canada back in 2011 when he went out to a bar to blow off some steam. While reports were unclear of what the beef was initially about, LaBeouf and another man were kicked out of the Cinema House Bar by security for fighting. Picking up where they left off, the fight continued on the sidewalk where cameras caught a bloody LaBeouf getting pummeled. The following year, LaBeouf found himself in another bar brawl, this time in London after a college student stole his baseball cap.
Pop star Rihanna has worked hard to earn her party girl image. The “We Found Love” singer is notorious for popping bottles and slamming the drinks back while dancing the night away. While at a London club last year, the Bajan beauty got things popping a bit too much and a scuffle broke out between her and a couple of bouncers. Friends had to calm Rihanna down after she hopped on and broke a table and allegedly threw glass at a bouncer. After things calmed down, the nightclub provided complimentary bottle service for Rihanna and her entourage.
What started out as a night out to bring in the New Year turned into a night of brawling for Sofia Vergara and her fiancé. Vergara and Nick Loeb decided to ring in the New Year by partying at a club in Miami on the last night of 2012 when a fellow club-goer spilled a drink on the “Modern Family” star. Protecting his lady, a fight broke out between Loeb and the offender. Cameras caught the aftermath of the melee and a Vergara popping out of her top.
Just because she has a pretty face doesn’t mean she is an easy target. Model Selita Ebanks got into a scuffle with a fellow model while hanging out with her alleged boo Terrence J while at a Miami nightclub. Liza Irizarry ended up with a broken nose that she said was a result of stopping by to say hello to Ebanks’ man, which also happens to be a friend of the Telemundo model. Apparetnly Ebanks didn’t like the friendly exchange between the two. Irizarry has filed paperwork to sue the former Victoria’s Secret model for the 2011 incident.
Pop star Justin Bieber’s sweet as candy image has slowly been tarnished with his antics off the stage. It seems as if trouble and cameras follow the singer wherever he goes and that was certainly the case when Bieber and his crew hit up a Southampton club a few weeks ago. After getting his party on with his entourage, an altercation between his crew and a few other patrons sparked up when they tried to leave the venue. Bieber reportedly was going nuts in the parking lot and ripped his shirt off but he was take away while his friends continued in the brawl.
Trouble seems to follow her wherever she goes. Last fall actress Lindsay Lohan was spending a night out at a New York City nightclub when a simple misunderstanding turned into a pop in the head. The Mean Girls star was arrested for allegedly punching psychic Tiffany Ava Mitchell in the face but the charges were later dropped. Lohan recently finished up her sixth stint at rehab as part of a court-ordered sentence and is currently filming a docu-series for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN Network.
Comedian Katt Williams once had a promising career but his star power has diminished after a few run-ins with the law. Unlikely duo Williams and Suge Knight were hanging out at the top of this year when they say they were the target of racial slurs hurled their way by strangers. Talking to a photographer outside of the club, Williams was verbally accosted and when he and Knight went to go approach the group, the situation got out of hand fast. Realizing they were outnumbered 15 to 2, Williams and Knight got out of dodge.
Chris Brown is no stranger to making headlines for reasons outside of his music. While hanging out with his homies at a New York City nightclub, words were exchanged between Brown and rapper Drake. Things escalated quickly enough and soon bottles were flying. Reportedly fighting over Brown’s on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna, Drake and the “Don’t Judge Me” singer were sued by the club but a judge threw out the $16 million lawsuit. San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker was also at the club and was injured in the chaos that ensued.
Typically, the nightclub is an office for a rapper. West coast emcee The Game was having the usual night out at work last September helping Lil Wayne celebrate his 30th birthday when he was approached by relatively unknown rapper 211. Some not-too-nice words were exchanged between the two and it ended with The Game allegedly punching 211 in the face. Needless to say, the “Red Nation” rapper was kicked out. The Game is no stranger to fighting at the club. TMZ regularly posts video of the muscle-bound rapper in club or street altercations.
One minute singer Raz B was chilling at a nightclub in China last week and the next minute, he was nursing a busted lip. The original B2K member took a bottle to the face when an altercation broke out at a Shanghai nightclub. Initially it was reported that Raz B was on life support following the fight but a day later, his manager stepped forward to say that was a hoax. Raz B’s brother Ricky Romance released a statement apologizing for reporting the false information he received.
Earlier this summer rapper Ludacris took his lady and a few of his friends out to a nightclub in his hometown of Atlanta when he became a target. Ludacris was minding his own business when an unidentified assailant threw a bottle at him. Following a 10-plus man brawl, the “Throw Dem Bows” rapper walked away unharmed and took to twitter to let his fans know that the reports of his girlfriend getting hit in the head with a bottle were completely false.
Singer Teyana Taylor may have a voice as sweet as sugar but there is nothing sweet about her. The Harlem native was helping Queen Latifah ring in her birthday with a party at a club in Miami when she got into an altercation with a stripper. Taylor was allegedly sucker punched after exchanging words with the exotic dancer and her crew jumped in turning it into an all-out brawl. Taylor is known for her hot temper. She reportedly got into a physical altercation with the director of Gang of Roses 2 while on set.
Earlier this year, actor Jason London started the night out at a Scottsdale, AZ bar and ended up in handcuffs. The Dazed and Confused star had one too many drinks and picked a fight with a bouncer. London, apparently dazed and confused himself after being roughed up, became belligerent with responding paramedics who then called police. London became even more aggressive and was hauled away in silver bracelets. London reportedly pooped his pants in the backseat of the squad car en route to the police station. He was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
A night out with the fellas could have taken a deadly turn for Mike Epps. The funny man was celebrating his birthday inside of a VIP section at a nightclub in Los Angeles when a stranger started to heckle the Next Friday star. While trying to make an exit, Epps crossed paths with the loud mouth. Words were exchange, drinks were thrown and some patrons reported hearing a single shot go off. However, police were later able to refute the claim that a gun was fired during the scuffle.
Suge Knight has earned a reputation of someone you do not want to get mad. Rumor has it, Knight once infamously held rapper Vanilla Ice upside down over the ledge of a balcony to “talk” about non-payment for a producer. So in 2008, the Death Row Records founder was the butt of many jokes in barbershops and beauty salons across the country. Following an altercation in a Los Angeles nightclub, Knight was approached by a man half his size outside of he venue. With one quick punch, Knight was knocked out and woke up dazed and confused on the sidewalk.
