Just maybe former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield should’ve stuck around for a few more seasons. According to Atlanta blogger Tamara Tattles, the troubled reality TV personality recently lost her Georgia mansion, Chateau Sheree, to foreclosure. Tamara reportedly spoke with an agent involved in the sale of the home, who told her that the home is also available for short sale for $340,000 and that sealed bids are currently being accepted. Sources have also revealed that there are currently two loans out on the property.

If you recall, Chateau Sheree is a home that the divorced reality star has been attempting to build from the ground up for years. Despite multiple warnings about possibly not being able to afford the extravagant home, Sheree was relentless in her attempts to finish the home. During an appearance on Iyanla: Fix My Life earlier this year, Sheree told Iyanla that she was adamant building the over-the-top home because her kids needed a place to stay.

“That money goes into my children. It’s theirs. It’s for me and for my kids. Absolutely. I think it’s going to be beautiful when it’s done. I think it’s something that I did for my kids, for my family,” she said.

Some speculate that she’s going to attempt to buy the home back, but considering all of the drama that she’s been through with that house already, she should probably cut her losses and move on.
