Grammy Award-winning singer Toni Braxton gave fans quite a show during her performance at a New Brunswick, New Jersey concert last week. The 45-year-old singer graced the stage in a itty-bitty blue sequin dress looking as stunning as ever. Nothing really seemed out of the ordinary. Her sisters Trina and Towanda were in place ready to sing back up, but then, something strange happened. As the beat dropped for her 1996 hit “You’re Making Me High,” Toni went into her dance routine and when she turned around her entire behind was showing!
It seems that something went horribly wrong with the dress that she was wearing because the part that was supposed to be covering her read-end was hanging entirely too low. Fans laughed and cheered as the singer sashayed and danced across the stage totally exposed. The strangest part of it all is that judging by the video, Toni made it pretty far into the performance before she even realized anything was wrong. Her sisters, who were standing directly behind her, didn’t seem to notice the malfunction either. A male fan, whom she invited to dance with her on stage, eventually gave her his suit jacket to cover herself with.
The show must go on though. Toni never stopped performing and Trina wound up coming behind her, making an attempt to fix the dress as Toni continued to to sing. After that the performance took a really peculiar turn, but I won’t ruin the surprise for you.
