Work That Body! Tyra Banks Talks Losing Too Much Weight & Why Diets Aren’t For Her
Believe it or not, but this former supermodel doesn’t diet. She says it simply isn’t for her.
Tyra Banks told US Weekly recently that diets are good for one-off events like class reunions, red carpets or a wedding. She later explained, “but the minute you bite one piece of real food, you’re going to gain [the weight] right back.”
Banks said she shed several pounds a couple year ago, but got way too skinny for her own liking. “I actually got too thin because I have tunnel vision,” shared Banks. “So when they said this is what you have to do, I was so strict, and I realized I needed to cheat way more because it didn’t look good. I didn’t realize I was too thin until I started seeing pictures and I thought, ‘Oh, I don’t like that. That doesn’t look good.’ I need some A$$.”
We hear you, girl! We know that Tyra has been scrutinized in the past for her weight (which seems to fluctuate between sizes that don’t go above an 8) but she always looks great! Those curves are everything!
