The entertainers we loved as teens are all grown up now. They’ve graduated to adult acting roles — and adult bodies. Hold on to your hats ladies, we’ve got a list of the teens we crushed on and the beautiful men they’ve become.
Michael B. Jordan
Michael B. Jordan first showed up on our radars back in 2002 when he played Wallace on “The Wire.” Ten years later, Michael is all grown up, gorgeous, and a leading man. Have you seen him in “Fruitvale Station” yet? After that, we can’t wait to see him co-star in “Are We Officially Dating” early next year.
Most of us have been nursing a crush on Marques since Immature and now our boy band crush is full grown. Lucky for us, Marques has a lot coming down the pipeline. He’s got a new album coming out, a tour and movie role on the horizon. Check out our recent interview with him here
Lee Thompson Young
Jett Jackson was adorable even as a Disney star. But now that he’s older, he may be even more attractive. We know he’s the reason a lot of us tune in to “Rizzoli and Isles.” Detective Barry Frost is delicious.
Bow Wow isn’t ‘Lil anymore. Can you believe he was just 13 when he first hit the stage? He’s been blowing up ever since and now he likes to be called by his government name, Shad Moss. Nicknames you give yourself as a kid don’t always age well.
We’re not trying to step on Mariah’s territory or anything, but Nick Cannon has come a long way since his days as a child actor. Remember when he used to be on “All That”? He was already 18, but for some reason he’s looking even better in his “old age.”
Robert didn’t have to go through too much of a transformation to turn into a fine grown man. Girls have been crushing on Robert since 1996 when he had a cameo on “Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper.” We can’t wait for his next leading role.
Remember DeVaughn Nixon from “The Bodyguard”? We bet you didn’t know he was the voice of one of the characters on “Bebe’s Kids.” DeVaughn has really come into his own on “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.”
For a while, Lil’ Romeo was just Master P’s son. He was signed to No Limit at the tender age of five — and his talent has only grown since then. Now he’s an up and coming basketball star, a rapper, a dancer, a model, an actor and a fashion designer. And he doesn’t look half bad either.
Who knew that Wheelchair Jimmy’s star would rise so high? The Canadian actor started out on Degrassi but managed to parlay that into a career in rap. Not everyone can just jump genres like that. We wonder what Drake is going to do next…with his fine self.
Ryan gosling wasn’t always about the smoldering good looks and intense screen performances. Once upon a time, he was a member of the Mickey Mouse Club. Boy, Ryan has come a long way.
Brandy’s little brother grew up quick. One day he was little L.J. on the Sinbad show. The next, he was getting busy with Kim Kardashian and putting it on tape.
Remember “Third Rock from the Sun”? Joseph was young, funny and awkward. Now he’s turned into one of the best actors in Hollywood who also happens to be rather easy on the eyes.
We all liked goofy Kel, but fine Kel is a lot more fun to look at. We can’t wait to see him break out and take on some bigger acting roles. The man has talent.
Can we take a moment to talk about how well Justin Timberlake has aged? He was already a teen heart throb back when he was with N’ Sync. Then he got more attractive and more talented. What do you think he’ll accomplish in the next ten years.
Remember Annyong from “Arrested Development”? He’s come a long way since that bowl cut. Now he’s got a recurring role in “10 Things I Hate About You”
