What in the world is going on with the two of them?

So we just told you that Siovaughn Wade hit her ex, Dwyane, and his lawyer with a $1 million lawuit. She claimed they had an agreement which called for funds from his endorsements deals to be deposited into a joint bank and he’s not living up to it. she also said she was unable to make payments on the mortgage or the insurance to go with it and was asking for the money to cover it.

Well, she’s changed her mind. According to the Chicago Tribune, Siohvaughn dropped the lawsuit on Thursday (which was around the time everyone found out a lawsuit even existed). She filed a voluntary dismissal order at the Circuit Court of Cook County Law Division and the suit was then dismissed without prejudice.

For those who don’t know what “without prejudice” means, it means that the current suit is dismissed but there can be a re-filing of the same claim in the future.

There was no word from Siohvaughn or her attorneys (whomever they may be at this point – she’s had a few) as to why she decided to drop the lawsuit.

Do you think it’s possible Dwyane gave her the money just to make the “problem” go away?

Will these two ever find some common ground?

That woman is CRAZY. Why can’t she let it go and move on with her life. She thinks he is supposed to support her for the rest of her life? Now you can see why he left her. Get a job, pay your own bills and move on.

Maybe someone realized an accounting error was made and paid her the money. It doesn’t always have to be hush money, or to make something go away.
