We all know that OWN had some struggle times. But now, Oprah’s got the juice. And in order to continue on her reign she’s tapped Lindsay Lohan to star in a new reality show. Now, you’re probably wondering if this is a good idea considering all the trouble Lindsay has been going through for the last several years. But apparently, the show aims to document her rehabilitation.

Lohan has agreed to an eight episode docu-series that will follow the actress around “as she works to rebuild her career and stay healthy.”

The show won’t air until next year but before then Lohan will sit down with Oprah for a one-on-one interview which will air in August.

What do you think about this docu-series? We all know Lindsay needs severe help but is documenting the process the right way to go about it?

They’ve been trying to tap Lindsay on reality TV for years, like when her mom (horrible parent) had that show. While reality TV is trashy 9 times out of 10, this being on OWN and not E! gives me hope that it will have more of a docu-drama vibe. Note I said “hope”.

Does another famous, privileged, pampered actress need yet another opportunity? ’cause having talent, a career and financial security and blowing it all…..heavy sigh. Anyways.

It would be better if she’s on Iyanla, Fix My Life.
