Besides being  ‘bootylicious, Beyonce is one of the hardest working entertainers in Hollywood. While her drop dead gorgeous looks and ‘grown woman’ curves are enough to get our attention, her substantial talent, tenacity and commendable work ethic are what keeps us watching.  Beyonce proves that ‘bootylicious-ness’ may get you noticed but hard-work and a strong business sense keeps you relevant.
