So What Did Kanye West Get For Father’s Day Aside From Baby North West? He Reveals “Other Gift” From Kim On Twitter
It was on June 15 that little North West came into the world, the first child of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, and in grand publicity fashion that would make mommy proud, “Nori” was born just shy of Father’s Day and Kanye’s Yeezus release. The idea of having a child born for Father’s Day is usually gift enough for most men, but Kim still found time post-childbirth to get Kanye another gift for his first Father’s Day. So what was it? The rapper and new father posted a picture of his “other gifts” a few weeks late, doing so yesterday on his Twitter page:
That’s right, Kardashian managed to get Yeezy two Apple mouses that had been signed by founders Steve Wozniak and the late Steve Jobs. Of course, West was vocal in a past interview about feeling like he was the successor to Steve Jobs, saying he’s to music what Steve Jobs was to the Internet. Therefore, it’s safe to say that he was probably super stoked about this gift–hence his decision to share it with the world. Also, it’s been said by Wozniak that Kim Kardashian set up a meeting between him and Kanye as an alleged late birthday present soon after giving birth and recuperating in the hospital. He was one of the first people outside of the family to meet the new baby, even getting to see her before Kim’s brother Rob, aka, the black sheep of the family. Wozniak recounted that meeting with Piers Morgan:
“I have seen a lot of babies, and a baby represents the love between the people and that meant more to me and the love that Kim was showing to Kanye. Just because he was interested in technology and companies, she, as a birthday present, she had me come up there to meet him.”
So maybe it was then that Kanye was given the mouses…or who knows, maybe Kim could have purchased them off of ebay? Either way, the “other gift” was clearly well-received.
