bridezillas

Screaming at their soon-to-be-husband over minute details of the wedding, shouting at members of the bridal party for not complying with their every wish and demand, snapping at bridal retail clerks for not moving fast enough – we’ve all seen brides in all their rachet glory take preparations for their “special day” to a whole new level with an uber strong sense of self-entitlement.  And then we see the Bridezillas on WeTV and think our friend/sister/cousin/coworker wasn’t so bad after all.

The women on Bridezillas take the phrase disgruntled bride-to-be to a whole new level and in honor of the last season of the show kicking off this year, we’re counting down the most notorious black bridezillas in the show’s history. Do you remember these women?

I wonder how much of that foolishness was for the cameras. Personally, if I were in a wedding party and the bride acted like this, I’d back out and probably never speak to her again. What kind of men are these women marrying? The kind without backbones?

  • Leroy Goldberg

Black women are so hot! Sorry, Ms. Leroy Goldberg, but they are! I should have married one of them instead of you!

Goodness…..and to think of ALL the beautiful, deserving women out here that would love and respect their husbands still single and alone! Somehow these wenches are chosen to be someone’s bride??! Man, this world is crazy…..

They forgot about Karee, She almost went to jail. She also attacked her Mother-in-law to be and after the wedding she did actually go to jail, Because being pulled over by the Five-O on the show was a probation violation from a previous crime(She beat up a girl with a baseball bat) And she tried to run over the groom with the car(Of course they are now divorced).

what kind of dude even considers marrying a woman who attacked him mom??? i feel like the dudes are as pathetic as the women on the show. i mean who really wants to legally bind themselves to someone who acts so unbelievably ugly to the ppl they claim to love. if any of my friends acted like that for any reason we wouldn’t be friends anymore, and i’d be cool with that lol.

I wonder how many of these couples are still married after all these years on Bridezilla?

    • kierah

I’ve caught the where are they now epis. Many of them are divorced. Not surprisingly so.
It’s nice to be important. It’s more important to be nice.

It amazing how my people will have a foul mouth, act a fool in this show and will do it just because to cameras are on them. The sad part about it is that mainstream media is making millions off of it. They are laughing their way to the bank.

i love bridezillas but I’m side eyeing this title if the black women on bridezillas are rachet the white women are…

    • DaisyDuke

true. who remembers KAREN? she was AWFUL! “I wouldn’t be your friend if you were poor.” Like, girl, -> _/

      • kierah

HE’S A DOOOORMAN!! You want me to apologize to an $9 an hour DOOOORMAN!!
Karen was a nut! If you looked on the Bridezilla blogs while she was there, folks were airing her out.

    • cryssi

I think they chose black women because this is a black women’s cite….not saying it’s right, but I don’t think it was because they thought black women were less behaved….lol, those Caucasian bridezillas were scary crazy

    • chanela

right! it pisses me off how it’s called “ratchet” when it’s the black women. wth

  • DaisyDuke

Bridezillas is my biggest guilty pleasure, one of maybe three reality shows I watch. I’ll never forget Marsha making her groom cry, my friends & I watched it together one Sunday and we couldn’t stop laughing!

    • Kam

I worked with Marsha and she really is that big of a b–ch! She tried to tell us all that they edited it to make her appear that way but she also appeared on Dr. Phil doing the same thing. Her and Archie are surprise surprise- divorced.

      • Just Sayin’

I always wondered what happened to Marsha and Archie. Her attitude was so over the top. She treated him like straight garbage, and he took it. She had no respect for him, which is not good going into a marriage. I’m not surprised they are divorced. Hopefully he’ll find someone better for him.

i hate how those are the women that get a man and it’s usually a good man who’ll cater to their wife and actually want to marry them. wtf!

      • kierah

I knew they were destined for divorce court. Either Archie would find a spine and leave or Marsha would get so fed up with a weak man that she’d leave. For her sake, I hope Marsha has learned a few lessons regarding how to treat other people – especially if you claim to care about them.

  • Kenedy

My favorite was Tasha, when she died her grooms hair kool aid red & made him look like a clown, saying she was trying to make him look like Clay Aiken, her ideal man, then someone asked her if she knew that Clay Aiken was gay, & she said no

    • cryssi

I loved how she hated kissing her fiance, like what?!! Lol

      • Kenedy

Lol! & she was acting like she was all shy & what not at her bachelorette party

    • Kenedy

*dyed* wow, didn’t even realize, lol

No thanks
