Do you have an old Mac hanging around? It could be worth a pretty penny. Last weekend, an old Apple computer sold for a record price at auction.

A working Apple-1 home computer sold for $671,400 at the Breker auction house in Germany, according to the New York Times , which also has a picture of the ancient-looking machine.

This isn’t the first time an old Mac has sold for a large amount of money. Last November, an Apple-1 was sold at the same auction house for $640,000 .

Here’s what so special about the latest Apple-1 that sold: It was hand-assembled by Steve Wozniak in 1976 and is one of just a few of units that still exist, reports the LA Times.

According to Dawn, the  computer bears Wozniak’s signature. It was originally sold for $666 and consisted of only the circuit board; a case,  keyboard and screen had to be bought separately. The auction deal also included an old business transaction letter from the late Steve Jobs.

Is this the sort of thing you would be interested? And do you have any old electronics around that might be worth something?
