We got this.” When you are a valued employee, companies take your opinions into consideration. You may not have any hiring power, but you’ll be asked what you thought about the spring interns. Even if you’re not the star player, if you’re making any kind of significant contribution your coach will need you in that huddle. If you’re sitting on the bench it’s because, sadly you’re not needed and well , “they got this.”
