Outrageous was the only word that came to mind when it was revealed that Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore would be releasing a music video to go with her drama-inspired “Gone with the Wind Fabulous” track. On last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, the former Miss USA debuted her humorous music video and it appears to be more absurd than anyone would’ve expected.
The video opens with a reenactment of Kenya’s Anguilla fight with co-star Porsha Stewart. You know, the fight that birthed the phrase that we now know as “Gone with the wind Fabulous.” In a clear attempt to make fun of her co-star, she has a man dressed up as Porsha, mispronouncing words and exuding extreme ignorance in hilarious quotables.
“Go read a book? I can’t read,” the fake Porsha says at one point in the video.
“Don’t make my husband come over hear and line-sack you,” she goes on to humorously threaten.
“You were Miss USA, Miss USA for one year. That was only 265 days.”
Kenya then proceeds to twirl in her “Gone with the Wind Fabulous” dress, stirring up so much wind, it knocks fake Porsha into the pool.
Kenya’s nemesis and cast member Phaedra Parks wasn’t exempt from being poked fun of in the parody either. In another scene, the video depicts a rather voluptuous woman with pronounced love handles, strutting into a church wearing church hat and Phaedra’s infamous fishnet cover up. The entire “congregation” looks on in dismay as the half-dressed fake Phaedra strolls down the sanctuary’s middle isle. Kenya then proceeds to twirl, blowing the Phaedra impersonator out of the church.
The former Miss USA also proved that she wasn’t above making fun of herself. Dressed up as Beyoncé, she performed a remake of one of the dance scenes from Bey’s “Single Ladies” video.
We can’t say much for Kenya’s vocals, but her music video is hilarious.
