It was only this morning that we learned that Joy Behar would be leaving The View after 16 years. Now TVNewser says it’s hearing murmuring about another host, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who may be leaving.
Sources told the blog that Hasselbeck has a contract and wouldn’t comment any further about whether she would be leaving the show. But, as TVNewser notes, a contract isn’t always ironclad.
If Hasselbeck and Behar both left, that would leave Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, and Sherri Shepherd on the panel. We proposed 10 women who could take Behar’s vacant seat. Who else would you like to see on The View‘s stage?
