Earlier this week, we told you that former Flavor of Love contestant Chandra “Deelishis” Davis aka London Charles was denying allegations that she injured herself while fleeing an attack from her estranged husband. The 35-year-old Detroit native recently made an attempt to clear the air and do away with the circulating rumors in an interview with Hot 107.5′s Big Greg.

The DJ asked her the question that many are pondering the answer to, which is whether or not domestic violence had anything to do with the incident that recently occurred involving her husband. She responded, “No.” She also denied ever being abused.

“It’s crazy to be ridiculed for something that happened to me. I’m not a domestic violence victim, but I’ve been victimized in this circumstance. For me to be the person that has to bear the weight of all of it, I’m a survivor. I’m going to be okay.”

Davis also made it a point to address the overwhelming amount of people who taunted her on social media regarding the incident.

“Someone sent me a tweet that said, ‘Deelishis now you know how Rihanna feels.’ That’s not funny. It’s not funny and it’s sort of embarrassing. Everybody has their own domestic situations, whether it’s just an aggressive argument or it gets physical. I mean everybody has that. It’s unfortunate that when you’re a celebrity, your stuff has to be aired everywhere.”

“What if this really happened? What if I fail-jumped from a building or a second-floor window? Is that funny? Is that something that you joke about? Is that something that you make your topic of conversation to the point where I’m ridiculed for it?”

Davis also discussed why the allegations bothered her so much.

“You don’t want to be known as the person who is beaten or has been subjected to domestic violence even though its not true, I don’t want to be associated with anything like that.”

We have to agree, domestic violence is no laughing matter.

She posted pictures of herself on instagram like everyone else. Whether or not she was abused its not funny. Some if you’ll act like she made public statements or printed her on article in magazines. Is she a major star no but she is using what she wants to make money. I bet some of you haters do the same ish on instagram but are pissed because no one cares. Regardless talking ish about someone’s abuse is not funny or appropriate.

How about being embarrassed that you still up in the club stripping and take pictures showing your behind when you supposed to be raising a daughter to act like a ladya nd respect herself? Hmm how about that

Silly woman. Domestic violence is not a laughing matter but to associate it with shame is really silly. This is a woman who cares more about image and probably doesn’t have an ounce of love and peace for self because she is more concerned about what every one else thinks. She is just as bad as the silly people who joked about her being in domestic violence situation. Her reaction was to take the defense and label domestic violence as embarrassing.

  • Babydoll 70

She gained her relevancy cause y’all are on here talking about her.

  • Mia

I find her extremely repulsive in every way.

  • Chile Cheese

I ALSO dont think it was funny and no one should have been making fun of her, however I believe the news was going so rampant with it because she posted all these stories of what happened when a police report of the incident was issued, her telling social media her version of the events is what made news sources want to know why she was going so hard at defending and creating a different story…If she would have just kept quiet and gon on about her business then she wouldnt have to do radio interviews explaining herself…anything for the limelight.

  • mac

Is she on some type of new show? Otherwise why is her 5 years removed from TV self still relevant???? Serious question.

    • YES gAWD

VERY serious question…..this chick takes pictures of her behind in the mirror for Media take out and makes appearances at strip clubs….why are we still following her around??

    • Nikki

No, she isn’t on any new show. Here’s my theory on how she has regained relevancy: Before she broke-up with Flav, she to probably went in his phone and got some contact numbers for managers and a few people in the music industry. Eventually, she was able to slide her big a*s up the tacky stripper pole and fool around with people in the music industry. Below are examples of how she got her big a*s up the stripper pole, please note they are only allegations and have not been confirmed by either party.

Going with Drake on his private plane while he was on tour and being a member of his prayer circle before he starts his show

Alan Iverson missing practice to be with her playing blackjack in a hotel

Dating Busta Rhymes (And there is a pic with him standing behind her with his hands around her waist, in a club)

Obviously I don’t think that domestic violence is okay nor is it funny. I also think that if someone is abused that it is probably embarrassing so it should be a private situation. However, I do seem to recall seeing a tweet or instagram on another site from this chick showing her injuries. Before that I hadn’t heard or seen anything about the incident. She’s just attention seeking. Btw I can’t believe she has the nerve to call herself a celebrity.

    • yeppers

Yessss….she went hard at showing it off, then when News sources either made up something or someone produced the police report of what really happened now she embarrassed?? These reality show people do anything for fame then when people take it and run in the wrong direction with it, they left lookin crazy with egg on they face.

  • TRUTH IS

1 minute of fame is extending wayyyy too long
