The Michael Jordan paternity suit is not a slam dunk case. The former baller is asking a Georgia court to dismiss the paternity suit filed against the NBA hall of famer that claims he is the father of a 16-year-old teen, calling it a ”shameless, bad faith attempt to abuse the legal system.”

Jordan’s spokeswoman Estee Portnoy released a statement to The Associated Press:

    No matter who’s lying about paternity the mother ought to be ashamed of her damn self. Either she is flat out lying for attention and money or she really dipped out on hubby and lied on a legal document and to her husband.

    No matter how you slice it mommy is trash. He ought to sue her azz into bankruptcy then sue her azz again for the cardboard box she will be living in.

      apparently she didnt want to file the suit, her son begged her to file it since he is not of legal age and he wants to be claimed by his father. She isnt asking for child support its clearly just a paternity suit where DNA is needed to prove he is the father thats it

        She is requesting child support plus medical, dental, and hospital costs not covered by insurance.
        Perhaps she’s had a reversal of fortunes and can no longer handle the bills herself.
        However, MJ is countersuing that this young man’s paternity has been previously established by the court and he is NOT the father. Moms had sold her son a false bill of sale.

          no , biological paternity was not established. Because the woman is now married, her husband is considered the legal father of the young man – thus legal paternity was established. However, Michael Jordan would be required to take a test to establish true paternity, which is biological paternity.

          What’s Jordan hiding? If he is not the father, he could easily take the test and show that his DNA is not a match to the kid.

        Why is she asking for money and back support? Why did she put her ex-husband’s name down as the father? She is seeking something financial. Re-read the story and tell me if you think this is just a poor mother trying to give her child a name.
