On Saturday, Beyoncé opened up about splitting ways with her former manager and father Mathew Knowles in her documentary, Life Is But a Dream.

The mother of one explained that it wasn’t about selling records at one point, but about having her support system intact. “I felt like I had to move on and not work with my dad,” said Beyoncé. “I don’t care if I don’t sell one record. This is bigger than the record. It’s bigger than my career. I think one of the biggest reasons I decided it was time for me to manage myself is because at some point you need your support system and you need your family.”

    subterfuge in the title!!
for those that didn’t watch her doc, what she said was, business got in the way of him being
her father-which she needed! damn; these people can’t even plagiarize correctly!!
as a single mother, I made sure that my sons were aware that, once they were grown,
they were on their own; my job from then would be advisory only………
to this day, they talk about my “fly birdie, fly” theory-and thank me for allowing them
to grow into the men they are………..
ain’t that hard to understand where beyonce was coming from; people hear but don’t listen!!
