    A guy I dated over 20 years ago told me that his grandparents never argued (he was raised by his grandparents). I told him that the only way a couple can never argue is if they’re never around each other, or one of them always gives in to the other. He insisted that neither was the case. I was in my 20s at that time; I didn’t believe it then, and still don’t believe it today.
