The foods listed here may sound — and look — sort of odd, but we have faith that you can learn to love these even stranger, but super healthy foods if for no other reason that they will do your body real good!

    Oh my. I know a lot of people in America would give those items a crazy side eye, but many people outside America eat those things and are super healthy. Don’t tell me what I’m eating and I’d probably eat that if served properly
