Tito “TJ” Jackson has been granted co-guardianship of Michael Jackson’s three kids and according to TMZ he is now in need of more money.

TJ has been taking care of the kids since July without any financial assistance from Michael Jackson’s estate, which has been estimated at somewhere in the $1 billion range. According to the story, he has devoted over 40 hours per week (not sure how you measure that) to taking care of his niece and nephews Paris, Prince, and Blanket.

The executors are on his side, and say that it’s been difficult for him for care for the three kids in addition to his own family, which consists of his own three kids.

The executors are asking the judge to grant TJ $9,000 per month, retroactive to July. They mention that it is possible that without compensation he may not be able to continue his support for the children.

Seems like this judge needs to get Tito some money since the other co-guardian, MJ’s mom Katherine Jackson, is getting much older. It’s important for the kids to have someone that can look after them for years to come.
