    Wow thanks MN!! I was just saying yesterday that I was looking for ways to change up my diet. I’ve always wanted to do the smoothies so I guess I’ll get started with that and work my way to the caveman diet!! (which I thin is how it should be anyway lol)

    Gluten free is not a trend.. It is specifically for those who have celiac disease. This disease requires testing and can cause extremes weight loss, ibs, and can basically destroy your intestines..
