    I just dance like a fool to music as i wash dishes and cook breakfast for my Granddad. Oh and EVERY time i hear locked out of heaven by Bruno Mars, i have to do variuous exercises throughout the entire song. Been doing that for about a week… lost 7 pounds….

    hell, a great way to save money on gym membership is to cancel it and check out tiffany rothe on youtube. her workouts are the TRUTH! all you really need is at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. her youtube videos are so much fun that 30 minutes seem like nothing! i highly recommend her videos!
