Forget An American Boy! 15 Foreign Men We Love

- By

Bob Marley

There’s no denying the influence that Bob Marley’s music and messages have had on the world. We’re all familiar with songs like “No Woman, No Cry” and “One Love” but we also know that Marley’s music reflects Jamaica and the culture of its people. Marley himself was born and raised in a village in Saint Ann Parish. He would remain closely connected to his homeland for the entirety of his life, purchasing just two other residences: one in London and another in Miami. Although Jamaica was a large part of his being, the world appreciated Bob Marley for his convictions, his talent, and his strength of character.
