“Iesha, Iesha So Glad To Meetcha!” MN Morning Jam: “Iesha” By Another Bad Creation

Seriously, where have they been?

Another Bad Creation, put together by Michael Bivins of New Edition and Bell Biv DeVoe, were supposed to be the ’90s version of what New Edition was in the ’80s. Granted, they were totally different ages when they came on the scene (ABC looked like they came out of somebody’s 1st and 2nd grade classes somewhere), and the tracks made by ABC weren’t the same caliber of classic as New Edition’s, but like their predecessors, all the little girls loved them. And with their bucket hats and spray painted overall fits, they definitely had that ’90s style we miss ’round these parts. “Iesha” is probably their most beloved jam (next to “Playground”) and it’s definitely one of our favorites. Enjoy!

Sweet nostalgia! I loved this song back in the day and I still do. Thanks for this MN!! I don’t care what anyone says, the 90′s was the best decade ever!

Don’t be mad at me, but my first eight years were not spent in Philly or America for that matter so when I cam here and every other person was named Kisha, Tamika, and Iesha. I said “Mama, why don’t I have one of those names?” She said, trust me, they don’t even want one of those ghetto a$$ names either.” She was harsh too. I still jammed out as a youngin’ to this though, but it always reminds me of that.
