It’s officially over for what used to be Hip-hop’s royal couple, Nas and Kelis. The rapper has decided to move on from his ex-wife by covering up the topless tattoo that he got in 2006. He replaced the tattoo on his arm with a lion’s face.
The tattoo still rests next to his daughter’s name, Destiny. In an interview with Bootleg Kev, Nas confirmed his marriage was over and showed his covered tattoo.
Nas current project is with Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley. Last month they released their joint album, Distant Relatives. They take listeners on a musical journey through Africa with appearances from Lil Wayne, K’Naan and Jr. Gong’s actual relative Stephen Marley.
