Rude Much? 9 Celebritiy Wives (Past And Present) Who Receive Unnecessary Shade For Their Looks

Pauletta Washington

One of the hottest hunks in Hollywood is not an eligible bachelor. Sad face. His wife Pauletta has a beautiful smile, exudes confidence, and is strikingly gorgeous. Some people don’t share my opinions of her good looks which made them more inclined to question their relationship early on or ask why she doesn’t dress or look a certain way, just because she isn’t their standard of what’s considered attractive. I have often been baffled at how quickly some of us rejoice at seeing celebrity men with “sistas” but then we dog their women out when they don’t look exotic enough for our liking. In any case, the picture perfect family isn’t deterred by the unwarranted, negative feedback as they just celebrated 29 years of marriage in June.

Plastic surgery makes some people look strange, which is why the dislike for Tiny. But, Usher’s ex, gets negative attention because of how his mother and fans felt when they started plus the fact that she is older with so many children (before his two). It didn’t get better when they were married because of her insecurity and surgeries; which brings me to the first point: plastic surgery makes some people look strange!

No woman can steal or take a man from another woman unless he is waiting to be stolen.

I have to agree with this list all the women are pretty and to comment on Usher and Tameka, Tameka is a pretty lady and of course Usher is a handsome man and free to date and marry whoever he chooses. I just knew something wasn’t right with that relationship like it wasn’t going to last. I was right. Ben and J-Lo….at first I was like “awww they broke up” now I’m like it was for the best and Ben picked a great person Jennifer Gardner is a beautiful woman and I like how she isn’t walking around in heels all day like J-Lo. What is wrong with Pauletta? She is a beautiful woman and Tiny also I’m a huge fan of Xscape and I think Tiny is a pretty lady I’m glad her and T.I. are still holding on. This whole subject taught me not to be shallow and focus on looks because you might lose a good thing.

The black community (especially black women) are constantly throwing shade at one another. It is extremely sad. I have been guilty of it also. We need to change and start respecting each other because that is one of the main things hindering our community from moving forward. So much hate among us.

I have never seen anyone say a single bad thing about michelle obama. This writer is the first. This list is bullshit. The best thing to do is ignore this type of foolishness, not highlight it by compiling a list.

Emotional immaturity is the black community’s most destructive attribute. Too many of us (just read some of the posts on this site) have the maturity of high-school kids with the intellect to match.

We need to get out in the world more (seriously, travel farther than to your family reunion, see the world) and expand our minds past the gossip, fashion and celebrity obsession.

      will you fund this “expansion”?

You are missing a whole bunch of others whose wives get the worse of it (i.e. Hugh Jackman, Actor Jesse Williams from Grey’s Anatomy, etc) Love it love.

The Michelle Obama shade from black women especially pisses me off. We have a BLACK WOMAN as our FLOTUS. Do we even understand the magnitude of that?

Nah, we’re just worried about the fact that she doesn’t look like Beyonce.

I tell ya, I can’t with my own people.

    • scandalous7

      i cant either

People just shallow and hateful…. I know with black woman if you brown or dark its a problem. The media has people so brainwashed they think just because you brown or dark skin you don’t deserve a husband just a baby and problems you know we suppose to be the bitter ex girlfriend, babymomma’s or angry single girl in a lot of the videos and movies subliminal messages, so when people see us outside that role they get a little pissy and hateful. I guess this can also go for regular looking woman as well the media has everyone believing in this airbrush beauty so when artist go for something else people get all butthurt why ???? because its easier to work on your outer than your inner a lot of these shallow azz woman don’t have nothing to offer…. if some of these men smarten up and look for substance instead of outer most of these lazy azz woman would not have nothing to offer. They just wanna look pretty on they arm and some of these niggaz letting them. it takes more than looking pretty to hold a family together and being a loyal backbone for your man. Add Savannah and Derrick Rose lady to the list I notice people hate on them for no reason they never ask well i wonder how she treats him they automatically get salty and tear down their appearance.

I love everything you just said Chad and Evelyn Lozada come to mind. Wanted a trophy and got a ghetto hot mess. LOL

U wasn’t with him when he was cruising in the bucket! lmao. — Denzel and Barack ain’t worried about you… If anything they glad they chose their wives. If they messed with some of ya’ll Denzel would be working at the boys & girls club and Obama would have went to Heald College instead of Harvard. Don’t worry about why these celebrities keep their wives… If anything you should be worried if you are doing the right things to maintain a husband. People have the tendency on putting energy into unnecessary places and wonder why they are always ending up behind.
