Solange Knowles Tells Donald Trump To Pick A Seat And Have One After Hurricane Sandy Claims

November 1st, 2012 - By Clarke Gail Baines

In his non-stop quest to try and make the President look bad (aka, in his determination to seek out attention), Donald Trump is continuing on with his very lame proposition to give $5 million to a charity of the President’s choice if he hands over his college transcripts, passport and all that irrelevant jazz. After Barbara Walters set him straight on “The View” you would think this fool would get the memo that he’s only embarrassing himself, but with Hurricane Sandy barreling down on the Northeast and both candidates in the Presidential election having to take a hiatus on the campaign trail while folks rebuild, since Mitt Romney has had to be quiet, Donald’s decided to do all the talking. Instead of sending prayers, or hell, $5 million, to people strongly affected by the storm, he’s claiming that the President is trying to “buy” the election by handing out millions of FEMA dollars to people in need. He claims folks shouldn’t fall for the okie-doke, and because of that, he’s keeping this ridiculous campaign for Obama’s transcripts going via Twitter, offering an extension of his original due date:

“Hurricane is good luck for Obama again- he will buy the election by handing out billions of dollars. Not only giving out money, but Obama willbe seen today standing in water and rain like he is a real President — don’t fall for it. Because of the hurricane, I am extending my 5 million dollar offer for President Obama’s favorite charity until 12PM on Thursday.”

Anybody with any sense can read his Tweet and see how dead wrong this squirrel-hair wearing fool is and always will be, but Solange Knowles decided to get back to her equally very vocal self and tell Donald Trump about himself, also via Twitter of course:
Have one. A seat. Any seat. Since when is a hurricane good luck for anyone? How insensitive to say regarding a time with so much distress and agony.

Let’s get something straight. The election is on Tuesday. It’s Thursday. At this point, whatever is going to be will be, so I really need Donald Trump to just close his mouth and leave us all in peace. The President isn’t trying to buy votes, he’s trying to do the job that the American people gave him. As Solange says, trying to make light of a damning Hurricane for political sake is pathetic as hell and it just clearly shows how out of touch this fool is, dangling dollars around people’s heads when there are so many people hurting and in need right now. I agree with her. Do something to help or sit down already! Money might be able to buy this guy a new toupee and a model wife, but it certainly can’t buy him class and a clue.

Here’s an idea, how about just donate the damn $5 million instead of making it a publicity stunt? There are plenty of people that could use that money. Trust me, FEMA ain’t going to cover everything. And as far as buying votes, what was he supposed to do? The George W. Bush theory on natural disasters? #iCan’t.

When it comes to Trump the President is damned if he does and damned if he don’t. How are you gonna try to condemn the President for rolling up his sleeves and doing his damn job, but you can’t call out Paul Ryan for staging a photo opp of him washing already clean dishes at a shelter. I’ve come to the conclusion that Republicans are just mad because Obama is everything they don’t want him to be, they’d rather he be a stereotype of black men.

DT is sooooo disrespectful! Excuse me sir, but Mr. Obama IS the REAL president of this country.

Thanks for standing up Solange! I knew there was a reason I liked this chick :)

I have never supported anything this queen does,he needs to use that money build an arena and spend the rest of his life finding the perfect seat.

I am glad that she said what she did. Trump has gotten away without paying the government all this money he owed by going bankrupt more than once. Who is he to talk or bad mouth anyone else. He is a moran and he needs some class.

Donald Trump is a joke. As my grandmother used to say…..who in Sam Hill does he think he is? I am so glad that President Obama has kept it moving and avoided even responding to this fool. Since he seems to have $5 million dollars just laying around my suggestion is that he uses that money to buy a clue along with the seat Solange rightfully told him to have.

So the President is trying to help people in ” need,” huh? And the problem is?

People, WE need to pay close attention to Donald Trump. I believe He is the epitomy of how the republican party thinks. The difference is he has enough money to not feel any consequence of his actions. Others have to ensure they are backed by this one or that one on some leverl or another but not Trump. He is so vocal because he can be and he is saying and feels what most who attack the president cannot without some retaliation that would be damaging to their careers/business. WE need to pay attention and boycott him and his businesses. We also should not support the celebrities who continue to appear on his Celebrity Apprentice because there are times when you should STAND UP – Lil John / Arsenio Hall and Dennis Rodman(yes his vote counts too) and the rest !!!. Our biggest strength and asset in making our voices heard in this country is $$$. When we put it where our mouth is, they will learn to listen – intently!

      • Native_Noir

LOL I know, I was touching on 2 different things. The squirrel-hair (giggles) part and high fiving Solange for what she said.

  • SheBe

I think it is extremely classless of him to dangle $5 mil for charity in front of anyone’s face. With the economy the way it is, and charitable organizations suffering, that is a huge slap in their face. I agree with the writer on this.

Good for Solange. I couldn’t say it better myself
