Say A Little Prayer For Her: Dionne Warwick Owes The State of California $2.6 Million

Dionne Warwick is among the celebs who owe the state of California major cash, in her case $2.6 million. It’s not the Billboard list, but she has made it to The Franchise Tax Board’s list of top 500 people and businesses owing California tax money. Warwick now lives in New Jersey. She’s been delinquent on her tax bill since 2003, but, according to her publicist, she has worked out a payment plan with the state.

Action star Steven Seagal also owes to the tune of $350,000. A tech mogul, Halsey Minor, owes the most — $10.7 million.

All across California, cities like Stockton and San Bernardino are in serious financial trouble. So they need this money just as much as the celebs do.

    Celebrities, athletes, entertainers, if you are reading this, I know you think it is crazy and impossible, and I am wasting my time writing this, you need to take some kind of responsibility of tracking your money. You cannot depend on your agent, accountant, business manager, personal assistant, attorneys, family members. You need to meet with the people who you allow to handle your money. Even if person is the best in the business, you still need to meet with these people often to track your money and make sure that they are doing what they suppose to do. So,after saying all this, who is next on the list to be broke, owing child support, or back taxes?

    article, the author asked for people to pray for him because he had
