First The Kids, Now The House: Usher Gives Tameka A 60-Day Notice To Get Out

This could quite possibly be the most trying time of Tameka Raymond’s entire life. Not only did she lose her son Kile in a tragic accident and lose custody of her two sons with Usher, now she is about to lose her home because he’s sick of footing the bill.

“Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Usher’s lawyer sent Tameka Raymond a letter informing her the 12,000 sq. ft. Georgia home — which Usher owns — is going on the market and she needs to find new digs.

Usher has allowed Tameka to live in the home for the last few years — but per their 2009 divorce agreement, Usher has the right to sell the pad at any time as long as he gives 60 days notice.

According to sources, Tameka didn’t take the news well, seeing as she has no income of her own and has been financially dependent on Usher since the divorce.

On the flip side, we’re told Usher feels he’s given Tameka plenty of time to get her act together … and enough is enough.”

I’m sort of torn on this one — not that it’s my business to be stressing over — but you know. I totally feel where Usher is coming from because it’s not his responsibility to provide for Tameka’s well-being  three years after their divorce, especially when their sons are no longer in her care, but dang talk about kicking somebody when their down. I’d rather she got the house and they cancelled the Sak’s Fifth card but whatever agreement these two came to in their divorce proceedings must have made sense at the time. I just hope Tameka won’t be out in the streets.

    I am soooo tired of hearing about these two. She needs to stop tweeting and doing interviews and concentrate on putting her life back together. He needs to stop with all the vengance. Even though he has primary physical custody of the boys, he needs to remember that boys in particular LOVE their mother no matter what. He also needs to remember that one day those boys will be able to read and understand what unfolded with their parents and will probably be very upset to know that their father basically put their mother out.

    I can’t help but to wonder how many Thirsty Birds (cluckin about a female they secretly wish coulda switched lives with) would have been so agreeable after falling for, conceiving 2 children by, and marrying this celebrity. If Tameka made an error; it was possibly failing to secure a prenuptial agreement. Which is why I will – or I’d rather not even marry!

    Clear example of what goes around comes around…I don’t know the full details of the relationship between Chili and Usher but from what I do know he cheated on her w/ Tameka. Now if that is true than Tameka knew what kind of a person Usher was. I’m not saying she deserved the death of her son, not at all. That’s a horrible nightmare for any parent to face. But the divorce and everything that comes along with it is just plain ol karma, in my opinion. First of all why is she sooo dependent on Usher’s money to maintain? Now though everyone has there own thoughts about Shawnee O’neal, she was smart. She knew things don’t always work out and she stacked for a rainy day. She made “Shaq’s” money her money and her money is providing for her. Of course these are all speculations and no one really knows what’s going on or what’s being said. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in, but I really don’t care. It’s life it happens. I hope she doesn’t break but is stronger throughout this. Maybe she will get a reality show, “From the bottom to the top”. That would be something to watch. Peace :@)

    This woman has the audacity to be suing him when she’s still living off him? Someone please send this woman to a therapist. She needs a reality check. Anyone with sense would have gotten a real job and moved out into their own place by now.

    Whatever Tameka’s plan was prior to marrying Usher completely backfire and just went up in flames. Don’t get me wrong, Usher ain’t sht either, but we all knew that. 1. She had time to get herself together and out of his house. 2. If she had just stop with the constant bickering and back and forth in court, she would at least have her children and maybe even a home. smh
    Personally, I’ll be glad when all of this is over bc I’m tired of hearing about it lol

    Wow, i feel sorry for her, Pray and stay strong, sometimes someone has to go to these kind of lengths to show you who they really are, i hope her and her children get situated a little better. Also it is amazing to me how its mainly women happy that he tossed her out like yesterday’s trash, after sleeping with her bridesmaid and cheating on her their entire relationship, we are women, we are all bond to go through this eventually, even if you make your own money, for someone you loved to treat you like this is f-ed up, he took her children away, her home, what else can he do? I can’t.

      We are not all bound to go through this. This is what happens when you let the devil use your life as his playground. If God was their priority, he wouldn’t have been cheating and she wouldn’t be so full of hate. I’m definitely praying for them, but they brought this on themselves by their own actions.

          I didn’t say they don’t. I said if God were their priority. A lot of people are God fearing and still put their own wants before God’s plan. Like Usher for example…he wanted to commit adultery rather than honor the vows he made before God. So…my statement stands. lol

              Absolutely, but what does that have to do with anything? lol If he is working on that then good for him. I pray that he is in a better place spiritually. However, I am only referring to the actions that helped ruin his marriage. My point is that we are not all bound to go through what he is going through. When both people in a marriage put God first… or even put each other first, this whole fiasco can be avoided.
