Help, My Hair Won’t Grow!

September 20th, 2010 - By Khadija Allen

To some degree, we all have encountered struggles with our hair just as we struggle to maintain a healthy diet plan. The average woman must maintain healthy hair because our femininity says so. Yet, being a woman doesn’t always produce perfection or cost-savvy results. Whether our hair is long, straight, medium, curled, short, or natural, we are striving for that blended style to make us feel confident and regal! If you’re aiming for a stylish “natural” look without the use of relaxers or press perms, your best bet is to go with fresh foods that revitalize hair growth.

Check out which six foods made it to our list of foods for healthy hair:

Okay, Marlen & Maria_Bridges, we hear you! We're refining the site to flow more smoothly, and will hopefully be able to replace the numbers with a more user-friendly way of reading the site.

You can still email. Feel free to reach out to anyone of us at editors@madamenoire.com. But, remember, when we bring you those full-length articles (some on the site now), we hope you continue to read them!

    Thanks!

    Marlena,

I agree with you! I was getting ready to email this site myself and tell them the same thing. I hesitate to look or read this site because I know there are short sentences stretched out into 10 pages and no fun!

You guys should make your articles more user friendly. Nobody feels like clicking on a bunch of numbers to read an article. Sometimes I don't click on your links because I know I have to click on a bunch of numbers to read a simple article.

I have long hair but I don't really think the food I eat is a factor in it's growth. I think it's mainly genetic and what you do to your hair that will factor in how long it will be.

I agree its not only what foods you eat , taking good care of it is a great factor in keeping it growing . I just read a great article on how to keep your hair from balding, want to share it with you http://www.theglamrus.com/2011/04/youll-go-bald-i
