This Ish Again: Deion Sanders Wants His Child Support Reduced ASAP

Welcome back to the Deion and Pilar Sanders show/circus. There’s been a bit of a lengthy interlude since we last had an update from these two (OK, it’s only been two months but that’s good for them), but the gloves are definitely back on as Deion is petitioning to have his child support reduced immediately, claiming the $10,000 he’s forced to give his wife for their four kids each month is simply not fair.

According to TMZ:

In his docs, Sanders says $10k/month is actually six times more than Texas law requires … and he wants his child support obligation significantly reduced.

But Pilar claims Deion is worth roughly $250 million … and the TX Supreme Court shouldn’t have any sympathy for Prime Time … or change the support structure that’s already in place.

In fact, Pilar has filed her own legal docs outlining why she needs so much cash from Deion. Among the highlights:
– $2,000/month for a special diet for the kids
– $900/month on uniforms and shoes for the kids’ sports activities
– $500/ month on the children’s cell phones

Pilar also claims she spends $450 on haircuts for her sons and treatments for her daughter’s “very thick curly hair.”

I swear Pilar makes it so hard to back her up sometimes. No child needs new uniforms and shoes every single month, especially not nearly $1,000 worth, and $500 in cell phones? They better get a family plan and stop playing! I don’t even have words for the “thick curly hair” struggle but I’m willing to bet more than a few hundred of these dollars Pilar has been alloted are keeping her prepped and primed as well. She’s standing firm in her “needs” though, with her lawyer telling TMZ:

“Once again, Mr. Sanders has not followed the Court’s direct orders and has attempted to make up his own rules. It is clear that he still thinks he is “above the law.”

I assume that means Deion has skipped out on a payment in anticipation of a judge siding with him in this reduction request. Looks like Pilar better head to Target and gets some Miss Jessie’s in the interim.

    He laid down and got them, not he needs to STAND UP and take care of them. These children are being used as pawns in an ugly game. Both the “adults” in this scenario need their well heeled as—- whipped like folks got whipped back in the day!!!

    Yes, it doesn’t matter she claims she’s spending on the money on. Child support is for the child(ren). If she wants money for herself, she should either find a job or get alimony.

    If the kids didn’t exist, she wouldn’t be living the same lifestyle. So now that the kids are involved, she should be able to live the same lifestyle? I think not. That’s what alimony is for!

      My comment was regarding the children’s expenses. I have personal experience in this department and no court has ever requested a break down of how I chose to spend my support for my child which is why I said that it doesn’t matter how she chooses to spend the money on her children.

        And therin lies the problem.The mother is NEVER required to account for her expenses.That means the whole child-support system is corrupt.

          This is the last time I will write on this but how is spending money on the kids corrupt? My original response stated that she was probably spending more on the kids when they were married so why because you are seeing an actual “accounting” is their a problem? This is what I have a problem with! If it was o.k. because we slept together then why is it now a problem now that we’ve stopped? This was the whole point of MY issues. I’m tired of peoples illogical behavior once the physical connection has ended!

            Give deion custody,since he `s the parent with the most wealth.That way he can spend as he likes.Oh that`s right,the mother gets zero c.s,well we can`t have that now can we?

              We could if she wasn’t fit. You are taking this very personal. In the end, who gives a damn what happens with them. I and apparently you, have our own kids to worry about. The bottom line for me is this; I’m tired of hearing about this bullish which is what I said in the beginning. The courts decide what is needed and not the mother or the father and the money is to be used for the kids. I never said it should be used for personal use so again, I’m confused why there is confusion about my statement which originally said, she can spend the money for the children any way she sees fit and I still don’t know why that is a problem but I’m done talking about money that has nothing to do with how I raise my kids so have a good night!

                You know, right now i`m cracking up.Why? Because YOU are the one taking this story personal,not me because unlike you i have NO KIDS.SO you obviously take it very personal because you responded to a blog you claim your tired of hearing.And you keep tripping over your own point.The fact that she and other baby-mammas can spend c.s ANY way they choose to without accountability is EXACTLY THE POINT.She could spend 98%OF IT on herself,and no one could say sh*t about it .THAT`S the point i`m trying to make.Now YOU rest on that.

                  Tripping over my own point..I think not but I will say this, as for MY personal issue about C.S. I have none. Why, because WHEN i was receiving it, I took care of my child and never applied it to my personal use that is why I worked! So since we could go back and forth for eternity, I will agree to disagree with you.

        Well, I guess I misinterpreted what you were saying because of the “She is allowed to spend it however she seems fit.”

        It’s so easy to manipulate and come up with a reason why you need to spend money a certain way. If I’m given a student loan, I can say I need the money for a coat because it gets cold in the winter time and the government won’t ask any questions.

    Pliar I am all for you getting child support but 500 in cell phone bills you better get them chaps a straight talk and uniforms every month you are full of ish come up with a better list for spending the child support use your brain it wont hurt. For Dion that’s what you get Prime TIme now shut up and pay that money.

    I dont c why they just don’t simply order him to pay the expenses. That way there’s no question where the money is going and she still gets her bills pd

    Why do the children need cell phones? Aren’t they all under 13-14 years old? They need to be a little bit older and reliable to get phones. Deion just don’t want to pay the money. It is sad these people don’t want to pay child support. He was drooling over her when he met her and married her. Now, he bitter and don’t want to pay child support.

    Lmao @get some Miss Jessie’s….but to raise four kids that’s not very unreasonable. Nas was paying Kelis about 50,000 a month for only one child.

    Man, this man can afford it. It would have been a different story if he couldn’t. He, she, and the court knows this. Yes her demands are a little outlandish but he is also being very selfish. They need a mediator.

      Just because he can afford it doesn’t mean he should pay it. Child support is supposed to be for the financial benefit of the child(ren). If they were still together, I doubt that the children would be getting cellphones that cost $500 a month and going to $450 hair cuts. I’m tired of men being taken advantage of in the court system.

    I feel like the justice system is very unfair to men. (84% of incarcerated men are black or Hispanic)

    I think that child support should be based on how many kids you have and where you live. There’s nothing wrong with having a rich parent and having a poor parent.

    This woman is ridic! These “expenses” are a bit much. Uniforms every month Pilar??? 4 kids…$500/mth in phone bills??? What kind of plan is that?? $450 on hair?? PER MONTH??? Where are these boys getting their hair cut??? I’d be asking for receipts first and foremost. It’s crazy that there are no checks and balances with child support. If you become a legal guardian of a child receiving social security…they check that for a while. Why not child support? And I agree there is no way she’s not spending some of that money on herself.
