What is really going on in the world these days?!? You always have to be on guard because there’s always a fool out here, who’s more than ready to completely violate you. This is what happened to Ashley Clevenger, a Kansas woman, who thought she was just getting a massage from her personal trainer after a workout at Gold’s Gym.
But her trainer, Gregory Darnell Davis, had something else in mind. After her workout, Davis took Clevenger into in a room designated for massages. She was laying on her stomach, getting her legs and feet massaged, when she felt something that didn’t feel like a hand on her foot. She turned around to find Davis rubbing his exposed penis on her foot. Davis then proceeded to release himself on Clevenger’s feet.
A year later, Clevenger is suing Davis and that particular Gold’s Gym for battery, vicarious liability, negligence, negligent hiring and supervision, and emotional and psychological suffering.
There’s really nothing to say about this foolishness. It’s completely disgusting and hard to believe. Poor Ashley, she’ll probably never be able to get another massage again in life. How traumatizing! We’re hoping that she can prove this actually happened to her and Davis is punished for his violation. Gold’s Gym might want to think about moving that massage table out in the open or forgoing the massages altogether because all of this is a hot azz mess.
