It was just a few years ago that Steph Jones was making headlines for dating Jordin Sparks, signing a half a million dollar deal with Ludacris’ DTP label and being featured in videos all while turning heads in the industry. But what many don’t know is that he fell on hard times after he was dropped from the label, and not even his mom or Jordin knew that he was living out of his car.  He was making headlines on all of the blogs, meanwhile, he felt as though he had to continuously keep up a facade.

Life can hit you with some hard blows, you just have to learn to roll with the punches.

  • TRUTH IS

Was he homeless because he refused to work until his cureer kicks off?!?

a lot of times when artists are signed to labels like that they ARE working. Being pulled in to do back ground vocals, to write, etc..and they are not always being paid immediately. It sucks because their time is often utilized to the point where they are made to be too busy for much else..and then they are dropped from labels like hot potatoes. I am happy for him finding other sources of fulfillment. The industry isn’t for everybody

Really like his story, its amazing the amount of fronts a lot put up, if only they were more honest.
