Last week we told you that the reality show, “Chrissy & Mr. Jones” is going to replace the now defunct “Ev & Ocho.” In the process, we also showed you a clip from the upcoming series, which will showcase the lives of Chrissy Lampkin and rapper Jim Jones outside of their “Love and Hip Hop” friends (and enemies) as they try to build said lives together. In it, we saw the couple discussing Chrissy’s hopes to put baby plans on hold, and Jim’s (and Mama Jones’) disappointment at her choice. In the longer clip that has been released, we see what a full season will be like, and it includes more baby drama, relationship drama (it looks like Chrissy moves out!), and some shots of SOMEBODY’S wedding. I won’t directly assume it’s Chrissy and Jimmy’s, but after all the fuss she made over getting engaged, it would be nice if they could knock some nuptials out quickly. Anywho, check out the full trailer from their upcoming season and let us know if you’re excited to watch their drama unfold. And yes, we know that with Chrissy there can be nothing but that. If you’re down for the clowning and the love fest, you already know where to catch the show, and it premieres on Sept. 24. at 9:30/8:30c.

will be watching but I can already predict the ratchetness, watever.

  • Yay!

Oh noooo! I will not be watching months of 40 year-old people arguing about getting married and having children. Plus, Jim always looks high/tired/stank mouth. No.

I’ll be watching!!.. Can’t wait!.. I think these reality shows are STRICTLY for entertainment purposes!… I think some of the situations are based on their “real life” issues (marriage, babies, infidelities) however, I think it’s ADDED drama to make for better t.v. I think its very similar to the Soap Opera (general hospital, days of our lives) trend. It gives us something to “talk about” that’s ment to “talk about” other than gossiping about our real life FAMILY, and FRIENDS—giving us woman, just enough “gossip” so to speak without it actually being serious?! If that makes any sense? Similar to reading a GOOD drama book in a book club—-simply to have juicy talk amongst others. I don’t know….that’s how I take it all! I don’t take it seriously–LOL ;0)

No. I will not be watching.

  • wth?

why do you all bash these shows and their behavior then turn around and promote the shows? You all need to take a stance. If you going to support it stop writing the articles questioning their juvenile and classless behavior. If you don’t support it then why are you promoting the show? This article is pure promotion, marketing etc. Make up your mind MadameNoir!
