Eff A Lawsuit! K. Michelle Says She Stands By Her Story 100%

If you thought that little, okay that huge, $1 per viewer, per episode lawsuit Memphitz dropped on Viacom and Monami Entertainment yesterday was going to hush up K. Michelle, you were wrong. Memphitz came for the producers behind VH1′s show “Love & Hip-Hop” claiming K. Michelle’s allegations of domestic abuse at his hands have defamed his name, but K. Michelle isn’t the least bit worried according to a statement she sent to TMZ. She told the site:

“I’ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. I stand behind my story 100%. I came on the ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ show mainly because I wanted to give a voice and bring light to a very serious issue.”

“I am very grateful to VH1 and Monami Ent. for the opportunity to tell my story, and touch lives worldwide … I look forward to having my day in court and finally having the truth of my story confirmed in a court of law.”

“Hopefully others will not have to go through this and then have their stories challenged to this degree because people now want to try to salvage whatever reputation they may have had.”

Sounds like this is something K. Michelle has been waiting on. I doubt the show’s producers are as enthusiastic about this day in court (which will likely never happen) as she is, although they had to see this coming — and no doubt have the cameras ready to capture this story line for season 2.

K. Michelle better start gathering that proof she claims she has of Memphitz’ abuse. Last month she told JustTheFab.com that Memphitz admitted to people at the record label that he put his hands on her. She also says she has text message conversations about the abuse. If that’s the case she probably is looking forward to putting everything all out in the open and no longer having to be the one to defend herself. Rasheeda might want to get that apology ready…maybe.

    I am sure she has proof. However, the justice system has as many holes in it as an Atlanta strip club. Who knows if this is even going to turn out in her favor.

    By suing VH1 and Mona Scott’s company, he is going after KM. Once they settled this out of court, she will no longer be able to talk about him (indirectly) on the show. Then after season 2 she will be dropped from the show. She has NOTHING to offer to the show, except for her STORY about being abused. She is getting paid by VH1 and Mona to talk about him. So it only make sense that he sues them. KM does not have any money. KM should spend more time talking about how great of a mom she is (laughing at that) and less time talking about something that happened over 3 years ago.

    Well it is reported that Lil Wayne has hired security for his child, dropping more than $10k monthly for it. It seems someone is paying attention to K. Michelle. I think something did happen.

    I believe her story. Any man who says that he made/bought you is abusive. Does that sound like something a guy who was kind to you would say? He just told on himself!

    Honestly, I’d like to know what she’s looking for. Not to sound callous, but is it Awareness of domestic violence, an apology or sheer spotlight time? Maybe I just didn’t like the back and forth she was doing with Karlie in the first part.

      Karlie bought that Back and Forth on herself because if she wasn’t so Messy K Michelle wouldn’t have had anything to say to her. To make matters worse B Cox even ADMITTED that Karlie told him he was messing with the wrong artist on Kandi Koated Nights. Karlie tried to come for K Michelle without so much as a Wikipedia page and a single to show for it

    He Probably lied to Toya, rather than saying the truth and this may be bringing him maritial issues. Well they did jump in marriage fast, but he should have told toya.

    After some thought–I think he plans on them settling out of court for cash. And that is why he didn’t sue her personally. If he sues her–it’s going to court. Sue them–they just might pay to make it go away.

    Not sure how he has a case against the show or Monami Ent. No one on the show named him publicly on the show. He was named on social media and radio. I haven’t heard reports of him suing K. Michelle specifically. He’s going for the money and if you didn’t doit he should. But there’s two sides to every story and from what he said himself on the radio something did go down.

      toya already had an taste of memphitz famous PUNCH..on the first episod of TINY AND TOYA. it happen when him and her was arguing about sumthing backstage toya said sumthing and her punched her in the mouth i remember this because 1 i cudn’t stop laughin at the fact he just punch toya. and 2 i could never forget the way she looked at him and then the following episod was him callin her to apologize becuz she stop talkin to him for just a few dayz after he apologize they were back to luving each other..so when ppl say why k.michelle stay by his side. its the same why toya stayed by memphitz side becuz k.michelle luv him..

    I’m still confused as to why he isn’t exclusively suing K.Michelle. He is saying that her ” false allegations” has discredited and defamed him. Well if that is the case sue her and not Mona Scott-Young and VH1 because all they did was give her a platform to tell her side of the story which is starting to sound true.

    I’m sure she has proof, & i’m glad that even though there are a lot of people coming to his defense that she is standing her ground & continuing to speak up about what happened to her. Nobody deserves to be abused. All this girl wants is a public apology.

      I’m really just looking for another point of view here so I’m not trying to create an argument but I have to ask why can’t he defend himself. I don’t get it she’s been allowed to tell her side why can’t he tell his. He’s basically been found guilty without a fair trial in no way am I trying to say she may not be abused but he has been demonized for trying to defend himself. Now was his initial response immature and uncalled for sure but that in and of itself doesn’t mean he did does it? This is actually to anyone who would like to have a mature discussion on this topic because I m interested to know.

        he already told his side of the story on a radio show a few days after he sent out the instagram about how he made her an he admitted to having to restrain her…as well as other things. he’s just trying to save face because he thought she would go down as the crazy person no one believes…an toya is probably embarrassed that all her friends are going to bat for her an its a SMALL possibility kmichelle maybe telling the truth. so he’s under pressure to do something….ANYTHING
