5 Ways to Start Enjoying Your Job

A recent Harris Interactive Survey indicated that only 20 percent of the American workforce feels very passionate about their jobs. The study also revealed that over 33 percent believe they have reached a dead end in their career. Moreover, according to an annual survey conducted by Salary.com, more than 60 percent of respondents stated that they plan to intensify their search for another job, despite the lingering economy.

Taking this information into consideration, one can clearly see that many Americans are not satisfied with their jobs. Being that most Americans spend at least 1,960 hours at work, which equates to more than 22.4% of their lives, these statistics are fairly somber. No job in corporate America is perfect, but places of employment should not be a burden and an unbearable yoke on the soul. To start enjoying your job with less stress and a relative amount of happiness, it is recommended that you adhere to the following principles:

    I thought about this few days ago and the thing is that people are doing things where they can earn more. That is the problem. People could do things that they love but sometimes they are not happy about fact that they will get less salary and they want to live better.
